During the summer of 2020, due to COVID-19, internships were very scarce. Although I had a part time internship, I was still left with a considerable amount of free time. Passionate about supporting small businesses, I decided to rebrand one of Seattle’s most beloved Mexican restaurants, Tacos Chukís. Tacos Chukís’ first location, hidden away in Capitol Hill, makes visitors feel as though they were the first to discover these delicious tacos. This restaurant’s unique ambiance, location and delicious tacos will have you feeling nostalgic after just one visit.
